Soma Flow
Moving with the breath allowing the body to flow in new directions.
Vinyasa Yoga is a moving meditation that balances strength and stability with a focus on alignment, conscious breathing and mindfulness. Classes are set to music and begin with a warm- up through sun salutations. The flow progresses into sequences deepening flexibility, building strength and improving balance and concentration.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a practice of turning inwards to nurture the nervous system. A rich, healing practice full of deep and meditative support, both physically and emotionally.
Yin yoga Incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine inviting you to find an appropriate edge or level of sensation in the pose, and then holding it in stillness for anywhere between 3-10 minutes. When you hold poses for a relatively long time, numerous meridians or energy lines in the body can be stimulated, and this facilitates greater flow of qi.
With an emphasis on stillness and silence to help us to sow down, it can nourish and heal us emotionally and energetically, and it can create more mobility and resilience in our bodies and tissues.
Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing
This 90 min class takes you through gentle, supported poses to help you nourish your body, mind and spirit. The relaxed environment will be enhanced by the healing, vibrational sounds of crystal bowls.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a progressive course for new and existing mums to connect with their body & baby whilst learning important relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques specific for birth. Beth is a skilled and experienced prenatal yoga teacher who is able to safely guide pregnant mothers in a variety of ways whilst educating on birth physiology and active birth techniques.
